Imany apparait sur le devant de la scène en 2010, avec un E.P acoustic suivit de son 1er album The Shape Of Broken Heart (2011). Cette chanteuse au style pop/folk dont les influences sont à chercher du côté de Tracy Chapman ou Billie Holiday, ne tarde pas à rencontrer un succès international. Certifiée Platine dans plusieurs pays, elle est plébiscitée jusqu'en Inde et au Japon. Elle a offert à son public, pas moins de 400 moments de pure magie sur scène. Son timbre de voix, sa coiffe de tissu et son univers visuel l’imposent comme une artiste à la fois glamour, authentique et grand public. En 2015, Imany est retournée en studio pour composer de nouveaux titres et enregistrer son 2e album dont la sortie est prévue courant 2016.
